Our Story

From our commitment to staying “green” to stretching our limbs, at Green Apple Dental we are firmly planted in our philosophy of Healthy Living, Healthy Smiles™.

But, before growing any branches, founders George and Elisabeth Kang started Green Apple Dental with solid roots. Dr. George Kang (CEO and Co-Founder) received his education from the University of North Carolina and obtained his training with the US Navy and VA Hospital systems, which involved many special rotations. This allowed him to become a well-rounded and knowledgeable clinician with experience in all dental specialties – including IV sedation. Combined with Elisabeth’s (Co-Founder) spa and dental training, the Kangs set out to create an experience that is focused on patients and centered on customer service. The result is a unique dental office with a personal touch that is affordable for everyone.

Green Apple Dental started with Dr. George Kang as the only dentist and Elisabeth Kang as the only hygienist, but has now grown to multiple locations. Each Green Apple Dental office is independently owned by dentists with the same customer service philosophy the Kangs established for the original location.

Our dentists come from all over with one purpose in mind: to serve you. Due to our unique group practice style, our doctors work together knowing they are creating a positive experience for our patients and community while bringing customer service back to the healthcare profession.
